TO: The A. W. Brown Leadership Academy Community

The A. W. Brown Leadership Academy (AWBLA) Board of Directors from time to time seeks individuals who are interested in contributing to the educational growth and social development of its SCHOLARS by investing in the time to make decisions that will positively impact the operational and educational needs of the AWBLA District.

As a Board, we are committed to recruiting candidates who will also be responsible for and committed to the VISION and MISSION of AWBLA.

A Board Director is a volunteer NON-PAID position. This position requires at least a minimum of 12 hours per month, required training by the state, and a commitment to work on the behalf of achieving student outcomes that produce smart, effective, efficient, and disciplined SCHOLARS.
